Spartan Chemical Promotes Walters to Regional Manager

Spartan Chemical Company, Inc., a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, today announced the promotion of Frank Walters to the role of regional manager, effective October 1, 2023.

Joining Spartan as the regional manager for the New York region, Mr. Walters most recently served as district manager for Speedway/7-11 throughout upstate New York for the last five years. Frank was responsible for directly driving sales and profits for a multi-unit area of store locations, as well as overseeing the overall condition of all stores including cleanliness, food services, food sanitation, and merchandising. Prior to that, Mr. Walters spent over six years as director of sales and operations at Global Manufacturing in Albany, New York. Frank was responsible for all areas of business ownership which provided experience in manufacturing, wholesale sales, retail sales and buyer negotiations.

Frank attended Arizona State University in Phoenix, Arizona where he received his Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
