Johnston Awards Spartan for Service Excellence and Mark Collins Recognized as Johnston 2016 Kris May Vendor Representative of the Year

Spartan Chemical Company, a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, announced today that the company has been selected as the Johnston Food Service and Cleaning Solutions, Service Excellence Award winner and that Mark Collins was chosen as Johnston’s inaugural Kris May Vendor Representative of the Year.

At its annual awards dinner on December 13, 2016 Johnston recognized Spartan Chemical Company for their expeditious fill rates, on-time deliveries, and ease of doing business.

In addition to the company’s recognition, Mark Collins was honored as the first-ever Kris May Vendor Representative of the Year. This award is given to someone who shows passion in their work, demonstrates product knowledge, is responsive and available and who is easy to work with throughout the year.

The awards were presented to Spartan Chemical by Tom Lewis, CFO, Johnston, Mike May, president, and Kyle Krickovich, director of sales, during Johnston’s 2016 awards dinner in Verona, New York. Spartan was represented by Jay Anderson and Mark Collins, Spartan regional managers.
