Spartan Chemical Presented with the Industry Service Award at the 2014 BSCAI Annual Convention
Spartan Chemical Company, a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, was awarded the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) Industry Service Award on Friday, November 7, 2014.
The prestigous Industry Service Award is presented in recognition of long-term service to the association and for providing significant service or contribution to the building service contracting industry through one or more of the following:
• Raising the recognition level of professionalism in the building service contracting industry
• Raising the awareness level of the building service contracting industry
• Contributing to industry viability
• Supporting the industry's point of view in governmental and/or environmental concerns
Those eligible for the award include: consultants, government organizations, associations, companies who provide services or products to the industry, and organizations. Spartan was singled-out for its outstanding level of service from thousands potential candidates.

Spartan was recognized at the 2014 BSCAI Annual Convention in Orlando, Florida where the award was presented by Yasser Youssef. Spartan Chemical was represented by Frank Trevisani, Director Building Service Contractors and Ryan Leadingham, Manager Building Service Contractors.

About BSCAI
The Building Service Contractors Association International was officially formed in March 1965, when over 60 charter members came to Washington, D.C., for the first Annual Meeting. The groundwork for this meeting had been laid over the preceding six months by the seven founders who had held local meetings and distributed a newsletter.
Since this time, the industry has grown rapidly. An increasing number of buildings began utilizing the wide range of services offered by building service contractors. The Association has also grown steadily and now has a strong membership base.
