Fabric Softener/Sanitizer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is a liquid fabric softener designed to soften and eliminate static cling from laundered fabrics while sanitizing! Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer leaves fabrics feeling fresh and smelling clean. Fabrics will have a smooth, fluffy feel right out of the dryer. Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer reduces the rigidity of fabrics which reduces fiber damage and can prolong fabric life as well as aid in the ironing process by reducing wrinkles. EPA Reg. No. 1839-108-5741.

SANITIZE:
Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is used in commercial and institutional facilities where sanitization of washed fabric and softness is a major concern. Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is an EPA registered sanitizer that must be used according to strict guidelines. Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is the right product for those facilities that need the extra power of a sanitizing agent as well as an anti-static softener also imparts fabric softness.
COMPLETE LAUNDRY SYSTEM:
Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is best when used as a part of a 5 step, total laundry program. Combine with Clothesline Fresh Laundry Break, Detergent, Bleach, and Sour for best results. Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is recommended for use in all front and top loading laundry machines.

USER FRIENDLY PACKAGING:
Clothesline Fresh Laundry Care products are packaged in translucent 5-gallon pails, 15 and 55-gallon drums. This package allows you to reorder with ease and always have the right amount of product on hand because it allows product level to be seen.

The translucent 5-gallon pails have a closure that allows for the insertion of dispenser tubing right into the pail, providing no chemical contact. This ability to insert dispenser tubing is also less time consuming and reduces the chance of product contamination because there is no need to punch large holes into the lid. Spartan also offers identification tags to place on dispenser lines for each Clothesline Fresh product for easy identification.

STORAGE:
Clothesline Fresh laundry products can be stored in a wide variety of environments and locations. Each product can withstand three freeze/thaw cycles without affecting the performance of the product.

COLOR AND NUMBER SYSTEM:
Each Clothesline Fresh Laundry product has been color coded and number coded for easy product identification. All product information and literature, plus, each product label, carton and secondary label reflects this color and number, making training easier and faster.

DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS.

Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is a concentrated formulation designed for use in commercial and institutional laundry operations by addition to the final rinse cycle. The residual self-sanitizing activity reduces the number of odor causing bacteria from wet contamination.

Residual self-sanitizing level of bacterial control
Add 5 fluid ounces of this product per 100 lbs. of dry laundry to the final rinse cycle water.

At this rate, this product provides, to the fabric, a residual self-sanitizing activity against odor-causing Gram positive and Gram negative organisms under conditions of high relative humidity or wet contamination.

Residual bacteriostatic level of bacterial control
Add 20 fluid ounces of this product per 100 lbs. of dry laundry to the final rinse cycle water.

At this rate, this product provides, to the fabric, a residual bacteriostatic activity against odor-causing Gram positive and Gram negative organisms under conditions of high relative humidity or wet contamination.

This product inhibits the growth of organisms which act on urine to produce ammonia in diapers and wet bed linens. It also softens clothes, thereby eliminating chafing and “static cling” from nylons and other synthetic fabrics. The use of this product will also help to improve ironing time.


Clothesline Fresh Softener/Sanitizer is not for use on children’s sleepwear or other garments labeled as flame resistant, as it may reduce flame resistance.

PACKAGING:
Clothesline Fresh Fabric Softener/Sanitizer is packaged in gallons, four per case, 5-gallon pails, 15 and 55-gallon drums. Each gallon is equipped with an approved child resistant closure. Label copy is available in English, Spanish and French. Secondary labels are also available.

GUARANTEE:
Spartan’s modern manufacturing and laboratory control insure uniform quality. If dissatisfied with performance of product, any unused portion may be returned for credit within one year of date of manufacture.
